Middle Country Public Library, Centereach
Originally created in 1999, the Distinguished Speakers Series was designed to support Long Island families by providing a forum for Long Island practitioners focusing on current issues affecting young children and families today from specialists in the field. Produced in collaboration with Long Island health and human service professionals, community, and corporate sponsors, the series fills an important continuing education need on Long Island. Attendees earn .2 CEU’s and NYS OCFS licensed child care providers will receive 2 training credits per seminar. See reverse for 2009-10 series presenters and registration information.
