The following career-related topics will also be covered:· Week 1: Building Confidence: Accomplishments, Personal Pitch and Self-Marketing· Week 2: Developing professional communication skills, interviewing skills, and conversations on the job · Week 3: Written Communication: Resumes, cover letters, and thank you notes· Week 4: Making the most of your internship or work experience through networking, informational interviews, and asking for references & referrals · Week 5: Guest speakers: how they got to where they are today· Week 6: Wrapping-up: processing our experience and next steps moving forward The class will be held once a week for six weeks beginning Wednesday July 8th and ending on Wednesday August 12th. We meet from 5:30 to 7 pm.
The fee for the evening dinner program is $200.Please register for the Wednesday Evening Program By Monday July 6th.
